Founding Designer

About the role

Apptor.AI is building an AI‑native autonomous revenue engine for direct‑to‑consumer brands. As the Founding Designer you will shape the visual identity of the product, marketing, sales and client‑facing assets, working directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Design the platform and client dashboards, from user flows to final UI.
• Create email templates and campaign creatives for enterprise brands, delivering production‑ready HTML when needed.
• Develop pitch decks, one‑pagers, presentations and other sales and marketing collateral.
• Own the design and implementation of the company website using tools such as Framer, Webflow or custom code.
• Build and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across product and brand.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both product design and high‑quality brand/marketing work.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Ability to work independently, make design decisions and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual quality.
