Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Financial Controller to own and shape our global finance function. In a fast‑moving tech environment you will not only keep the books but also drive process improvements and act as a strategic partner to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for global financial reporting, consolidations and day‑to‑day finance operations.
• Design, implement and continuously optimise financial processes, integrating modern technology and AI tools where possible.
• Work independently, reporting directly to a remote global executive and thriving in a high‑autonomy setting.
• Partner with company leadership to provide clear financial insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven, hands‑on experience with NetSuite (must‑have).
• 2‑3+ years of finance experience in tech companies or fast‑paced startups.
• Builder mentality with a proactive, autonomous approach and a passion for modern tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Open to candidates ranging from former assistant controllers to experienced controllers managing international subsidiaries.
