Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial management for a publicly traded renewable energy company based in Tel Aviv. The role combines hands‑on accounting, reporting and internal control responsibilities to ensure accurate and compliant financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, revenue recognition and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and deliver insights to support management decisions.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Support regulatory compliance, tax filings and other reporting requirements.

Required profile

• CPA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proven experience in consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
