About the role
Cust2Mate is seeking a Field Technician to support and maintain its smart‑cart platforms at customer locations. The role involves on‑site installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of electronic equipment that powers modern retail experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle service calls and troubleshoot malfunctions in the field.
- Perform installations and assembly of smart shopping carts and related electronic equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance and functionality checks.
- Support warehouse and logistics operations on days without service calls or installations.
Required profile
- Technical background in electronics – a must.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- High sense of responsibility, orderliness and service orientation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license – a must.
