Distribution Manager

About the role

CDSL, a subsidiary of Chemiphal and Diplomat Group, seeks a Distribution Manager to lead its nationwide distribution network serving Super‑Pharm stores across Israel. The role will oversee a large logistics centre currently in Kibbutz Eyal and guide its upcoming relocation to Caesarea.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of the distribution and dispatch operation, including 5 team leaders, 45 drivers, and dispatch employees.
• Operational and managerial responsibility for drivers and subcontracted employees.
• Managing relationships with subcontractors, including ongoing monitoring and monthly reconciliation.
• Full responsibility for meeting SLA targets and measurable operational KPIs.
• Direct reporting to the Company VP.
• Oversee the logistics centre relocation from Kibbutz Eyal to Caesarea.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Distribution Manager (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing a truck‑based distribution operation (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing SLA and measurable KPIs.
• Experience managing complex, large‑scale operational environments.
• Experience leading large teams, including middle managers/team leaders.
• Strong service orientation and commitment to quality and target achievement.
