Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing initiatives that boost visibility, engagement, and growth. Based in Israel, you will own the full lifecycle of campaigns across SEO, social media, paid advertising, and website optimization while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on search, social, and digital advertising platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversions, traffic, and engagement.
• Work with internal teams to create and refine landing pages and digital experiences that improve conversion rates.
• Maintain and grow social media profiles and contribute regularly to the company blog and content initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and audience behavior to identify new opportunities and actionable insights.
• Analyze website and funnel data to pinpoint drop‑off points and recommend optimizations.
• Drive initiatives aimed at doubling website traffic within the next year.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
