Growth Marketing Lead (Remote)

About the role

Jiga is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing Lead to own the entire organic acquisition engine for a fast‑growing hardware‑focused startup. You will work directly with the CEO and founders to shape messaging, create technical content and drive engineers to sign‑up, all from a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end organic acquisition strategies, including SEO, technical content, and funnel optimisation from search to signup.
• Write and publish high‑quality technical articles, videos and podcasts that resonate with mechanical engineers.
• Own the website’s messaging, page copy and conversion optimisation.
• Manage community presence on Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn and specialised forums.
• Identify and collaborate with engineering creators, influencers and thought leaders.
• Plan and run events such as conferences, engineer dinners, meet‑ups and hackathons.
• Produce engaging video content, product demos and case studies.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to coordinate product launches.
• Analyse funnel performance using GA, Search Console, Ahrefs and internal product analytics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, community, product or content marketing.
• Proven track record marketing to technical, skeptical audiences.
• Startup experience in a team of fewer than 50 people.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort using analytics dashboards and SEO tools.
• Strong, clear and opinionated writing style.
• Availability for at least 2 hours overlap with EET and 3 hours overlap with PST.
