Demand Generation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to own every digital channel that drives qualified demand into our sales funnel. You will build, launch, and continuously optimize both paid and organic programs, working closely with sales and product teams to turn leads into pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid channels: paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X), display, programmatic and content syndication, managing audiences, creative, bids, budgets and sequencing.
• Design and execute structured tests across creative, audience, offer and landing pages with a weekly optimization cadence.
• Own the media budget end‑to‑end, allocating spend to the highest‑performing channels and shutting down under‑performing tactics.
• Manage organic and community channels such as Reddit, buyer forums, organic social, YouTube and owned content distribution, earning genuine engagement.
• Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives in partnership with content teams.
• Develop and execute account‑based marketing programs, building target account and persona lists and coordinating cross‑channel outreach.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, SDR/BDR leadership, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and visibility of pipeline sources.

Required profile

• Data‑driven marketer who enjoys owning the full demand‑generation funnel from MQL to opportunity.
• Comfortable working independently while influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and implement rapid fixes.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing results, challenges and recommendations.
