Strategic Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive branding, positioning and go‑to‑market initiatives for our portfolio of early‑stage AI, cloud and cybersecurity companies. You will work directly with founders, executives, designers, strategists and writers to keep complex projects on track and deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end projects, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and communication stay on track.
• Own multiple strategic and creative initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with C‑level stakeholders.
• Develop clear project plans with timelines, priorities, owners and next steps.
• Align cross‑functional teams—including founders, designers, strategists and external partners—to prevent gaps.
• Support branding, messaging, positioning, research and go‑to‑market activities across portfolio companies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in branding, marketing, communications, consulting or technology.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• High attention to detail, sense of ownership and excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex B2B technologies and work directly with founders or senior leaders.
• Optional background in cybersecurity (e.g., 8200, MATZOV, 81) or research (AMAN) is a plus.
