Customer Service Representative

About the role

Air Doctor is a fast‑growing travel‑health startup that connects travelers with reliable medical care worldwide. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance while abroad, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience during critical moments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat across all time zones.
• Provide accurate information about medical services, travel‑health policies, and emergency assistance.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining ownership of the customer journey.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Work collaboratively with global teams to improve processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
• Strong decision‑making ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
• Proven experience in customer service or call‑center settings; experience with international teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a hybrid team.
• Bachelor’s degree or leadership/command experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• High level of computer literacy and comfort with digital communication tools.
