Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative production engine for user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. Based in Israel and working fully remotely, you will shape concepts, produce assets, and use data to scale the most effective creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full creative pipeline for video, static, GIF, and landing‑page assets, delivering roughly 100+ assets per month.
• Manage landing‑page and funnel production (quizzes, one‑pagers, interactive formats) across ~20 projects monthly.
• Research, develop, and test new creative concepts and formats beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze performance data to decide which concepts to scale, iterate, or discontinue.
• Write clear briefs and scripts, and directly produce/edit photo and video content.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and external agencies, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered creative generation and automation tools.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing and cross‑functional teams to align creative output with acquisition goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or a similar production‑focused role, preferably in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative generation tools and mobile‑first advertising formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, write briefs/scripts, and edit photo/video content.
• Experience coordinating footage, music, graphics, and other assets.
• Background in a fast‑paced startup or digital environment is a strong advantage.
