Creative Designer, Marketing

About the role

Genie is seeking its first creative hire to shape the visual and video identity of its AI content production platform for game studios. You will build the brand, video style, and visual language from scratch, working closely with product and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce motion and video assets (≈50% of time), including product demos, feature launches, UI animations, ad creatives, and short social clips.
• Create digital assets (≈30% of time) such as presentations, landing pages, and banner graphics.
• Develop and evolve brand design (≈20% of time) to establish a cohesive visual language.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a design team, delivering marketing materials and video content.
• Preferably background in SaaS B2B tech or similar fast‑growing environments.
• Strong hunger, grit, and a performance‑driven mindset focused on generating views, clicks, and demos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Veo, Pika, Kling, and ElevenLabs.
• Solid skills in After Effects and comfortable using Premiere or CapCut.
• Ability to turn a new feature into a 30‑second video within a day.
