Controller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Controller to join Kenes Group’s Finance Department. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will support daily financial operations, budgeting, and reporting across our global subsidiaries and bookkeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day finance activities and accounting operations.
• Perform monthly budget‑vs‑actual analysis and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports, and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries to ensure standardized reporting.
• Work closely with external auditors and advisors in Israel and abroad.
• Partner with the global bookkeeping team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Provide management with financial insights and flag issues when necessary.
• Participate in financial projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Manage accounting operations processes as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or as a manager, including preparation of financial statements.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• NetSuite (advantage).
• Advanced Excel.
