Controller – Financial Reporting & US GAAP Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Controller to join our Finance team and take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations in a global environment with significant US‑related activities. The role will support senior management with actionable financial insights and drive continuous improvement of our finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage month‑end close, reconciliations, and accounting controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis cycles.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and US‑based stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and ERP optimization initiatives.
• Oversee cash‑flow management and overall financial operations.

Required profile

• CPA certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar finance role.
• Proven experience working directly with US entities, auditors, or tax authorities.
• Experience in a global or multinational environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and business‑oriented mindset.
