Controller – Financial Operations (Tel Aviv)

About the role

Viola Credit is seeking a Controller to lead core financial operations for its private credit platform in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Israeli regulations.
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and ongoing accounting processes.
• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in partnership with the VP of Finance.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Assist with the annual audit, tax compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Produce internal management reports, budget‑vs‑actual analyses, and other financial dashboards.
• Monitor cash flow, support payment processes, and drive improvements to financial systems and workflows.

Required profile

• CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm with 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Israeli accounting regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
