About the role
A leading project management company in Northern Israel is looking for a Building Engineering Technician (also known as Civil or Architecture Technician) to join its professional team. The role involves managing building permits, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supervising on‑site construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee building permit processes.
- Handle approvals for commencement of construction and completion certificates.
- Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead contractor meetings and monitor project progress.
- Supervise and control on‑site construction activities.
- Work closely with planning and building committees.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction supervision or project execution.
