Client Facing System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to support both our internal operations and client environments. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, and advancing core IT and cloud infrastructure across multi‑cloud platforms while ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve enterprise infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
• Own critical IT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage system administration for identity services, automation, endpoint security, and enterprise networking.
• Implement and enforce IT best practices across infrastructure and operational workflows.
• Maintain stable, secure, and reliable operation of servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for planning, upgrades, and change control.
• Contribute to infrastructure design and architecture decisions based on hands‑on operational insight.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Experience supporting internal systems and selected client environments with a high level of responsibility and discretion.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 11 environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage virtualization platforms and virtual desktop solutions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Server technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services.
• Virtualization platforms: VMware, Nutanix.
• Virtual desktop infrastructure: VDI solutions, Microsoft RDS.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Microsoft 365 administration.
