Business Development Manager – Payments Solutions

About the role

Nuvei is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple sectors by positioning its advanced payment solutions with new and existing clients. You will work in a fast‑paced fintech environment, building strategic relationships and delivering revenue‑generating opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Drive sales of complex, technology‑based payment solutions.
• Represent Nuvei at strategic events, conferences and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Travel as needed to support business development activities.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of Business Development or Sales experience in large‑scale international enterprises.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and strategic growth in the payments industry.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and business insight skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
