Bilingual Tutor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train AI chatbots in both Hebrew and English. You will interact with AI models, assess their performance, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their language capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual conversations with AI chatbots to evaluate progress.
• Write original dialogue scripts in Hebrew and English for training purposes.
• Assess the quality and correctness of AI‑generated responses.
• Provide feedback and detailed evaluations to guide model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Based in Israel and able to work independently as a contractor.
