Assistant Financial Controller – IFRS & Budgeting

About the role

Keshet Group is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to support its core financial operations. You will work closely with the accounting team and senior management to ensure accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with IFRS and Israeli accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements for companies and non‑profit entities in line with IFRS and local standards.
• Produce regular management reports and financial analyses, including Pillar 2 related work.
• Monitor monthly budget performance, conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in assembling documentation for external audits and coordinate with consultants.
• Support cross‑functional projects, create presentations and professional materials.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Department to improve data quality and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with internship experience at a Big 5 accounting firm (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience applying IFRS in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
