Accounts Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Assistant to support Supersonic Studios through a remarkable period of growth. You will keep the day‑to‑day books accurate and up to date – processing transactions, reconciling accounts and making sure every entry lands in the right place, on time. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership of the ledger.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, posting journals, accruals and pre‑payments accurately and on schedule.
• Process end‑to‑end accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and credit notes.
• Perform bank, credit‑card and balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigating and clearing differences promptly.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation for the monthly close.
• Prepare and submit routine filings for the Israeli entity (VAT, withholding tax) and support the annual audit.

Required profile

• Proven track record of maintaining a full set of books in a busy finance function.
• Solid working knowledge of AP, AR, bank reconciliations and VAT reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working in accounting software.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and fluent Hebrew.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to deadlines.
