Account Manager

About the role

Mornex is seeking an Account Manager with a strong business, customer‑service, and technology orientation. You will work with business clients in the IT, cybersecurity, and cloud sectors, helping them adopt managed services and complex solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new customers for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, backup, endpoint equipment, and project services.
• Expand business with existing customers and manage a portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Build long‑term relationships with IT managers, executives, and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Support, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Track sales processes in the CRM system and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, Customer Success, or B2B sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead complex processes, and stay highly organized.
• Strong business orientation and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with IT, cloud, or cybersecurity environments is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems.
