Wine Consultant (M/W)

About the role

As a Wine Consultant at Club Med Resorts you will be the face of our premium wine and spirits offering across multiple restaurants and bars. You will create memorable experiences for guests by providing personalized wine advice, serving à la carte selections, and supporting the overall beverage program.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and serve guests, tailoring wine recommendations to individual preferences.
• Sell and serve wines by the glass or bottle, as well as prestige spirits, in all resort venues.
• Manage inventory, replenishment and conservation of wines and spirits for 600‑1000 guests.
• Train bar and restaurant teams on wine service and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health‑and‑safety standards and respect for resort heritage.
• Develop additional sales initiatives and help optimise the department’s financial results.

• Sociable and able to build trust with customers.
• Efficient with strong sense of priorities and ability to limit waiting times.
• Attentive, delivering personalized service to each guest.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of wines and prestige spirits.
• Inventory management for beverage stock.
