User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven User Acquisition Specialist to lead growth initiatives for Helfy’s digital health platform. You will design, launch and optimise high‑budget campaigns that attract new patients and users across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage large‑scale acquisition campaigns with budgets of at least €300 K per month across social media, paid search, display and content marketing.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform‑specific static, video and interactive ads.
• Analyse performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS and LTV and produce regular reports.
• Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation and creative iteration.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital advertising and healthcare marketing best practices.
• Align acquisition strategies with broader marketing goals and manage budget allocation across channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in user acquisition, digital or performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or telehealth.
• Proven track record of managing high‑budget campaigns and delivering measurable growth.
