US Tax Consultant

About the role

Deloitte Israel's U.S. Tax Practice is looking for motivated junior candidates to join a dynamic team focused on U.S. tax consulting and compliance. This position offers a solid entry point for individuals eager to develop a career in tax advisory within a leading global professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships across consulting and compliance engagements.
• Assist with U.S. income tax compliance projects, including preparation and review of tax returns.
• Conduct research on federal and state tax legislation and case law.
• Support clients in implementing international tax structures and business combinations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Very high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in tax consulting and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Knowledge of U.S. tax forms (e.g., Form 1120, Form 1065, Form 1040).
• Ability to conduct tax research on federal and state legislation.
• Experience or familiarity with tax return preparation and review.
