UAV Pilot

About the role

We are seeking a skilled UAV Pilot to join our team in Modiin. You will be involved in cutting‑edge operational and technological projects within a leading defense organization, influencing the development, flight operations, and training of advanced fixed‑wing unmanned systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct flight operations of fixed‑wing UAV systems across various development phases.
• Deliver theoretical and practical flight training for customers in Israel and worldwide.
• Participate in laboratory testing and validation of system versions.
• Perform operational activities abroad at multiple sites with varying intensity.
• Design, lead, and monitor flight training courses for internal and external pilots, providing feedback and evaluations.
• Write and improve operational documentation, including test reports, SOPs, and manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fixed‑wing UAV pilot license.
• Operational experience in unmanned aircraft systems.
• Fluent English (advanced written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and within matrix teams, handle high workload and pressure.
