Head of Global Marketing

About the role

Doona is seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of Global Marketing to lead its worldwide marketing organization. This senior leadership position will shape the brand’s growth, connect with consumers, and drive the company’s presence across markets and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Doona’s global marketing strategy, turning business goals into brand and growth initiatives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team covering Brand, Social, PR & Influencers, E‑commerce, Creative, Graphics, Retail and Distributor Marketing.
• Own the global brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
• Oversee global E‑commerce and digital activities, including website performance, optimization, and the overall consumer experience.
• Manage marketing in markets without distributors (e.g., the US) and coordinate with distributors and retail partners worldwide.
• Direct global Social Media, PR and Influencer Marketing to strengthen community engagement.
• Guide product launches and integrated campaigns across markets and channels.
• Build annual marketing plans, budgets and identify new growth opportunities while partnering with Sales, Product, R&D and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience in a global consumer‑goods company, preferably in Baby & Kids, Toys, Parenting or Lifestyle.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary marketing teams and managing managers.
• Strong background across Brand, Digital, E‑commerce, Social Media and integrated marketing.
• Experience launching global products and running large‑scale cross‑functional campaigns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
