Telemeeting & Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Better is looking for a Telemeeting & Customer Care Specialist to activate and support B2C customers. You will engage clients by phone and digital channels, match their financial needs with Better’s technology, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial compatibility assessments and activate inactive users through proactive phone outreach.
• Provide timely, accurate support via phone, WhatsApp, email and Zoom meetings.
• Route complex inquiries to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
• Collect and verify personal and financial documentation, such as powers of attorney.
• Maintain high‑volume client chats while navigating internal systems.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong multitasking ability and digital agility to handle multiple channels simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient and customer‑centric attitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing client data.
