About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that drives our business forward.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of technology roles.
Screen and evaluate resumes to identify best‑fit candidates.
Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Partner with hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the hiring journey.
Publish and promote job openings across multiple recruitment channels.
Manage candidate assessments, HR interviews, reference checks, background screenings and onboarding.
Create an outstanding candidate experience from the first conversation to day one.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in technology recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Full‑time availability and willingness to work onsite.
Ability to commute independently.
