Technical Project Manager

About the role

Mobileye is seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager to join the ADAS Production Programs team, driving scalable execution and delivery of ADAS projects for automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
• Communicate with automotive clients on technical needs, organizing workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles that hinder team objectives.
• Lead decision‑making processes and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Leverage hands‑on experience with relevant technologies.
• Apply critical thinking and design‑oriented problem‑solving to achieve results.
• Define program metrics and report outcomes, blockers, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Customer‑facing technical project or program management background.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and management abilities.
• Experience in the automotive/vehicle industry (advantageous).
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
