Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temp (8 Months)

About the role

MKS Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 8-month temporary assignment in Karmiel, Israel. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers mainly from MKS sites in Israel, supporting the business. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA in Bucharest, Romania and sits within the regional Talent Acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Define best-practice recruitment processes for local markets, covering a mix of blue-collar, white-collar and corporate roles for sites in Israel and other countries in the region.
• Sourcing active and passive candidates through digital campaigns, social media partnerships with institutions and other innovative channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within a high-growth international business.
• Create transparency through data so that hiring managers and HR can trust your support.
• Position MKS in the candidate market and develop new partnerships to grow the talent pool.
• Organize career events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition across all levels of the organization, ideally in an international setting.
• Ability to build and manage candidate pools, engage and guide stakeholders and continuously improve your own work.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KPIs such as time to hire and quality of hire is beneficial.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, ADP or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and a solution-oriented mindset.

The work model is hybrid: 2 days remote and 3 days on site. The expected start date is from December 2026.
