Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary)

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to cover a temporary maternity leave. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical positions in Tel Aviv, ensuring a great candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical/R&D roles, from sourcing and phone screening to behavioral interviews and offer issuance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, maintain communication, and drive successful hires.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage contract and budget processes.
• Create and promote internal referral programs to encourage employee‑driven candidate sourcing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles in a high‑tech or startup environment.
• Strong sourcing abilities using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and other social media.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
