About the role

IBI, a leading Israeli investment house, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment across its group of companies.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Lead sourcing activities for open roles.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment.
  • Proven experience conducting face‑to‑face interviews.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and sourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high motivation and ability to work independently.
