About the role

Wiz is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the full hiring life‑cycle and help attract top technical talent to its fast‑growing security platform. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and create a candidate experience that reflects Wiz’s innovative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using both traditional and creative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and align recruiting tactics with business objectives.
• Deliver a personalized, high‑quality candidate experience that showcases the company’s values.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to continuously improve hiring metrics and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience in a high‑tech or startup environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers to achieve successful hires.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Inclusive, collaborative mindset with relationship‑building capabilities at all organization levels.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
• Legal right to work in the country of the position without visa sponsorship.
