About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a System Integration Engineer to join its R&D Software/Systems Engineering team in Yokneam. The role involves applying proven research methods to develop, test, and deploy software solutions that support scalable and high‑performance medical products.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy software while documenting any issues encountered.
  • Participate in design and code reviews for new enhancements and maintenance work.
  • Examine technical reports and memoranda to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required profile

  • Established individual contributor with practical engineering skills.
  • Works with minimal supervision to achieve day‑to‑day objectives.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in R&D software and systems engineering methods.
  • Ability to identify product design features that enhance scalability, usability, and performance.
