About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson’s R&D Software/Systems Engineering team as a System Integration Engineer, contributing to scientific projects and product development in a leading healthcare company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions while documenting issues.
- Identify product design features that improve scalability, usability, and performance.
- Participate in design and code reviews for new enhancements and maintenance work.
- Examine technical reports and memoranda to find improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Established individual contributor with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience coaching junior colleagues on techniques and processes.
- Understanding of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
