System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to join an AdTech company in Ramat Gan. The role is full‑time and serves as the local IT focal point in Israel, offering high operational autonomy while reporting directly to a global IT Manager abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise cross‑platform IT infrastructure, including Windows and Mac systems, switches, routers, firewalls and core network components.
• Administer user lifecycles, access rights and security policies across Microsoft 365, Active Directory and other enterprise platforms.
• Drive daily IT operations independently in Israel while aligning with global standards and offshore IT leadership.
• Execute system monitoring, security patching, end‑user technical support and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator or similar enterprise IT role.
• Deep operational expertise with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows system administration.
• Practical experience with core networking protocols, firewall configuration, switches, routers and endpoint security.
• Ability to work independently with high self‑discipline within a global reporting structure and fluent spoken and written English.
