Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

About the role

Zeroport is looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to support day‑to‑day operations across procurement, warehouse, inventory, logistics and R&D lab activities in a fast‑moving hardware startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from order placement through delivery and payment approval.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, price comparisons and prioritize orders based on project needs.
• Ensure availability of critical components and maintain up‑to‑date Bill of Materials for all products.
• Streamline procurement and logistics workflows to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
• Track inventory in ERP systems and physical storage, building structured processes for order intake and usage planning.
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Monitor production schedules, shipment timelines and delivery performance.
• Supervise import/export logistics, including customs clearance and shipping follow‑up.
• Support the R&D lab with component and equipment management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and inventory management within hardware, electronics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Bill of Materials and technology supply chains.
• Experience working with international suppliers and subcontractors is a plus.
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
