Procurement Specialist

About the role

Infinidat, a Lenovo company, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, commercial negotiation and supplier management for its enterprise storage platforms. The role requires a strong technical understanding of Infinidat’s solutions and the ability to manage both direct and indirect procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders and frame agreements.
• Conduct market research to provide category intelligence, benchmarks and industry trends.
• Negotiate complex legal contracts and achieve best commercial terms.
• Identify and lead cost‑reduction initiatives to meet financial targets.
• Review and renew supplier contracts ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and global suppliers, monitoring performance and conducting QBRs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a procurement specialist.
• Strong technical knowledge of Infinidat’s storage solutions or similar enterprise technology.
• Proven experience in long‑term supplier management and complex legal agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew.
• Self‑driven, agile and able to deep‑dive into technology processes.
