Social User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Connecteam is seeking a Social User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive new customer acquisition for our fast‑growing SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large‑scale paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Partner with creative teams to develop ad assets, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with design, product, analytics, sales, and leadership to align campaigns with company strategy.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new growth opportunities and creative angles.
• Build structured testing frameworks (A/B tests for creatives, copy, bidding strategies, funnels) and apply insights to improve performance.
• Continuously optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and launch new initiatives across social platforms and emerging channels.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid social campaigns on Meta.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad assets.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
