About the role

We are looking for a performance‑oriented Social Media Specialist to join Zap’s Digital Division. The role blends creativity with data‑driven tactics, using advanced AI tools to turn attention into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for diverse clients, focusing on growth, performance and measurable KPIs.
• Translate business objectives into content strategies that generate engagement, leads and conversions.
• Build smart, data‑driven content plans that speak to the audience without sounding like ads.
• Create posts, videos and performance‑driven campaigns using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney and Jasper.
• Track performance, analyse data, extract actionable insights and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Run A/B tests, experiment with formats and constantly improve ROI.
• Collaborate with digital and sales teams to align social activity with revenue goals.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or Advertising.
• Strong interest in performance marketing and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with metrics, dashboards and KPIs.
• Fluency on social platforms and ability to spot trends early.
• Curiosity about technology and how AI can scale content and improve performance.
• Creativity, initiative, positive energy and ambition to grow in a performance‑driven environment.
