SMB Onboarding Manager

About the role

Connecteam is looking for an SMB Onboarding Manager to guide small and growing businesses through the first critical phase of using our platform. You will ensure successful adoption, drive measurable value and lay the groundwork for long‑term customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for SMB customers, from kickoff call to activation.
• Deliver tailored training sessions that help clients configure Connecteam to their specific business needs.
• Guide customers to quick wins that showcase platform value and increase adoption.
• Establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identify at‑risk clients early and create proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
• Act as the customer advocate within Connecteam, collaborating with Product, Development and Customer Success teams.
• Continuously optimize the onboarding process for efficiency, scalability and a better customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation or other customer‑facing roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients, preferably across multiple regions.
• Strong presentation and training skills, both remote and in‑person.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.
