Site Care Partner I – Remote (Israel)

About the role

The Site Care Partner I will be the primary client point of contact for investigative sites in Israel, ensuring site quality, patient safety, and smooth study execution while working from a home‑based office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site start‑up activities through activation and maintain ongoing investigator relationships throughout the study lifecycle.
• Support site recruitment, operational success, and safeguard quality and patient safety at each site.
• Contribute to country and site selection by providing local intelligence and collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Oversee third‑party activities, implement centrally designed initiatives locally, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Scientific or technical degree (BS/BSc/MS/MSc) plus at least 5 years of clinical research or quality‑management experience; CRA/site monitoring experience of 8 years or more.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, GCP, FDA or country‑specific regulations, and experience in oncology studies.
• Proven ability to lead projects, troubleshoot issues, and manage cross‑functional processes, with regular travel (3‑5 visits/month) within Israel.
