Service Supply Planner

About the role

In this role you will advance business priorities by delivering high‑impact supply planning work for KLA Services. You will coordinate and optimize material flow, ensure timely service order execution, and support field requirements through effective logistics and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• E2E Supply Planning & Execution – coordinate and optimise the flow of materials and products to meet demand while minimising costs and inventory risks.
• Operational Execution & Escalation Management – ensure timely execution of service orders and lead critical escalations to minimise customer impact and tool downtime.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination – track, monitor and proactively manage spare‑parts shipments to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering and Customer Support teams across a global matrix organisation.
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics – monitor and improve key Global Service Supply Planning KPIs using Excel and BI tools.
• Continuous Improvement – identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply‑chain efficiency and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• 1+ years of proven experience in supply planning or a similar role in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• High level of English, both written and verbal, for communication with global teams.
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to drive informed planning decisions.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrix organisation and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data‑driven reporting.
• Strong multitasking capabilities and an execution‑driven operational mindset.
