Junior Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator (Part-time)

About the role

BlueGreen Water Technologies is seeking a Junior Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support its global logistics and supply-chain operations on a part-time (60%) basis. Reporting to the COO, the role will handle domestic and international shipments, procurement support, inventory monitoring and customer-service activities while working primarily from the Modiin office in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including hazardous material handling when required.
• Manage US-based inventory control, reconciliation, replenishment and shortage escalation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses and logistics service providers.
• Create and process purchase orders, follow up on supplier confirmations and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery and resolve any issues proactively.
• Support import and export documentation and customs paperwork.
• Maintain accurate logistics, purchasing and inventory records in the ERP system.
• Assist with cost-optimization initiatives and continuous-improvement projects.

Required profile

• Fourth-year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or import/export (advantage).
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Priority ERP is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini is advantageous.
