Service Material Planner Team Leader

About the role

Nova is seeking a Service (RMA) Material Planner Team Leader to own material planning, replenishment and availability for RMA repair activities. The role sits within the Supply Chain team and ensures a continuous repair flow by translating demand and operational priorities into actionable material plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Service Material Planning team, setting priorities, allocating workload and monitoring performance.
• Own end‑to‑end material planning and replenishment for RMA repairs, aligning material availability with repair plans and service‑level targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, excess and aging stock, and proactively identify risks to repair execution.
• Establish and track planning KPIs, driving corrective actions to improve service levels and planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve supply constraints and ensure effective execution across sites.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools and systems to increase efficiency and visibility.

Required profile

• Experience in a complex, global, cross‑functional operational environment.
• Strong understanding of material planning, MRP, replenishment and inventory management.
• Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Material planning and MRP concepts.
• ERP systems – preferably Oracle Cloud or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
