Key responsibilities

• Own logistics execution within your subdomain, ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient operations.
• Act as the go‑to expert for operational performance and problem solving.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI‑based solutions.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end as a PMO lead, from definition through execution.
• Translate data into insights, actions, and measurable improvements.
• Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven success leading projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in complex, high‑volume environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Full‑time onsite availability.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP and analytics tools.
• Exposure to automation, digital technologies, and AI solutions.
• Background in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
