Senior Systems Administrator – Enterprise Microsoft Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join a large enterprise IT team in Central Israel. In this hands‑on position you will design, deploy and maintain a comprehensive Microsoft‑based infrastructure, building environments from the ground up and ensuring reliable operation of critical production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑wide IT infrastructures from scratch.
• Manage Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Entra and Windows Server environments.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline infrastructure processes.
• Perform system integration and provide support for complex server environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a large enterprise (500+ servers, 1,000+ users).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Strong understanding of information‑security principles and related technologies.
• Proven experience migrating Exchange on‑premises to Exchange Online.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and customer‑service skills.
