Senior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are a leading global company seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Migdal Haemek. You will lead demand and material planning across a complex multidisciplinary hardware environment, ensuring material availability and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and continuously improve demand forecasts using sales data, historical consumption and product lifecycle insights.
• Lead MRP planning processes, providing accurate purchasing and production recommendations.
• Manage material planning for a diverse portfolio of products, assemblies and components.
• Support subcontractor manufacturing by ensuring material readiness and production continuity.
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing customer demand, lead times and business objectives.
• Analyze planning data, identify supply‑chain risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing and global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and leverage AI‑based tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply‑chain, production or material planning within a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with demand forecasting and MRP processes.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, BOM structures and ECO processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
