Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (Armis/Veza)

About the role

ServiceNow's Armis protects the entire attack surface and manages cyber risk exposure in real time, and combines its Security and Risk capabilities with Veza's Identity Security capabilities to secure assets and identities, including AI agents, across all environments. The company is looking for an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of technical projects and to manage deployments to production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technological projects, including roadmaps, scope, backlog, timelines, milestones, KPIs and dependencies
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and adjust plans as needed
• Establish continuous improvement as part of the culture, processes and tools
• Define and enforce best practices and standards for production environment operations
• Facilitate and guide R&D teams through release planning and delivery, defining and implementing best practices and tools
• Act as the focal point for project health visibility and report strategic status to senior executives
• Analyze system functions and performance results to identify problems

Required profile

• At least 6 years of proven experience in Technical Program Management in technology companies, with experience in SaaS product lifecycles
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams in global companies
• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve release-related issues, risks and conflicts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people at all levels and deliver under pressure
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Scrum (agile) and release management best practices
• Understanding of SaaS product development and maintenance processes
• Experience managing cloud-based platforms such as AWS is an advantage
